As we said earlier, every project includes 30 days of complimentary support after a site goes live to help fine-tune content and functionality. We help you set up a tracking account to view statistics for your page traffic and provide a means to adjust key information in your site to improve the site’s visibility. After that period, we are still here for you… every contract provides for a 1 year extension of the support at a locked in hourly rate or, if you prefer, we can set up monthly, quarterly or yearly maintenance support for a set fee.
