Before a site is made public, it is tested and reviewed for any mistakes or necessary last-minute changes to structure and functionality related to cross-browser compatibility. This is the third step in the deployment process and is done to ensure that all goals and requirements for the project are met with absolute success, from everyone’s point of view.

When testing is complete, the client signs off and the site is ready to “go live” — to be made publicly available. We work with you to outline a step-by-step process of how your new site will be deployed. We think that your website should work for you, not add to your already busy schedule. To that end, we work while you sleep and bring your site online when your customers are least likely to notice any downtime!

As we said earlier, every project includes 30 days of complimentary support after a site goes live to help fine-tune content and functionality. But also key to success is measurable Search Engine Optimization (SEO). We help you set up a tracking account to view statistics for your page traffic and provide a means to adjust key information in your site to improve the site’s visibility. After that period, we are still here for you… every contract provides for a 1 year extension of the support at a locked in hourly rate or, if you prefer, we can set up monthly, quarterly or yearly maintenance support for a set fee.
