The fourth step in the design process is regularly scheduled meetings with a client to review initial samples (comps) and gather feedback so that we may incorporate it into their project.
Comps and other samples are typically provided to the client online, in a secure review directory. Reviews may be in person or by phone or email. However we arrange your reviews, you can be sure that we are listening to what you have to say — we know it will make it easier for us to deliver what you want.
Sign off and approval.
When the client is happy with reviewed samples and a direction is selected, we’ll ask you to sign off on a key milestone defined in the project documents and client contract. While most projects aren’t actually built in a truly “linear” fashion, we define specific milestones into a project that must be signed off before continuing to the next stage. Written sign-off ensures that everyone is on the same page (pun intended!) and that we can measure our success in meeting your goals.
Your site’s success is our success, too.
